The studio is completely new and furnished with SAT-TV, radio. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with 3-ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are available. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. If the 20 m to the beach are too far for you, you will find a large pool and lawns in the garden.
