These two well appointed studios - the Garden Apartment and the Loft Apartment - for rent in El Sauzal, a charming village on the beautiful north coast of Tenerife, situated about 22 km ssw of the island's capital Santa Cruz and 19 km east of Puerto de la Cruz. THE GARDEN APARTMENT: The apartment is self contained and has its own entrance from the garden and consists of a studio apartment with integral kitchen and a separate shower room. It has beautiful views of the sub tropical garden from both windows and has its own private patio with sun awning, and table and chairs. The studio is 32m2. There is a storage cupboard with a clothes hanging area, an iron and ironing board. The sleeping area has two single beds (200x90cm), which can be made up into a large double bed if required. The kitchen is equipped with a dresser, fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and juicer. The living area has a chest of drawers, a storage unit, television and a wide selection of DVD's, a two seat sofa and coffee table. There is use of a laundry with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a drying area if required. Within the grounds of Casa Flora there is a barbecue area, a large sunbathing terrace, seating corners to hide away with a book and the garden with named indigenous and sub tropical plants. It also has a nice patio and a roof terrace with great views of the coast and the Orotava Valley dominated by the majestic Teide, a 3718 meter high volcano. Beaches and a vast swimming pool complex are all nearby. One of the largest national parks in Spain, the Parque Nacional del Teide, spread around a 16 kilometre diameter volcanic crater (Las Cañades) offers stunning landscapes, walking, riding, cycling. There are many other interesting sites on the island as well as good restaurants where you can enjoy the local specialties. El Sauzal has a wine and honey museum, a theatre, sports and culture centres, several restaurants and bars.
