La Matanza is located about 10 minutes by car from “Puerto de la Cruz” and is the sunniest region of the north. The area is “wild romantic” steep coasts above the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by vineyards and gentle slopes. The dream view from here is free of charge. The penthouse is situated on the upper floor of a semi-detached house and has a total size of 130 m2 (inside/outside) with own entrance. The pool, 7 x 3 m) has a jet stream. Above the pool is another terrace with garden furniture and dream views. The living area has a total size of 60 m2, there is a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with 2 single mattresses, SAT-TV, open fireplace, central heating and a sofa bed for an additional person. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you find “at home” and fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, 3-flame gas hob with oven. The bathroom with shower has a Turkish steam bath/WC. Bed linen and towels are available. There is a restaurant in walking distance, car hire is essential. Shopping about 10 min. by car. Pool and terraces belong only to the penthouse and are not used by any other persons. Internet access WiFi is provided.
