The house is located in the heart of Los Cristianos in a pedestrian area with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. The penthouse (approx. 150 m2) is on the 4th and last floor and has a large terrace with dream views and jacuzzi and also a covered terrace. The large lounge-/dining room is very well furnished and of high standard. It is equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV (BBC 1+2/ITV/Channel 4+5/MBC2 Movie Channel) and a Hi-Fi Stereo Set. Next to it is an open, fully equipped kitchen with: Fridge-/freezer, dish washer, microwave, 4-ceramic hob, oven, toaster, electr. kettle, etc. The 2 double bedrooms have comfortable double beds, each with it’s own bathroom. Bed linen and towels as well as a safe are available. Change of bedlinen and towels 1 x per week.
