Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a few minutes away by car. Playa Paraiso is a small and quiet holiday resort at the south coast of Tenerife but offers all facilities like restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, a large sea water pool and a diving school. There is sunshine on 360 days a year and the day temperatures are about 20 deg. Celsius during the winter. The location is ideal, also for hikers. From here it is a few kilometers to the “Baranco del Infierno” the Hells ravine, and to the “Teno hills”. The penthouse has a nicely furnished 60 m2 large terrace. The living room has SAT-TV and an american kitchen, fully equipped. The bedroom has two single beds, bathroom with shower/WC, washing machine. There is also a sep. guest WC.
