This little snug, typical canarian house, is located in “La Guancha” (near Icod de los Vinos) approx. 400 m high and offers stunning views over the sea and the surrounding landscapes. This place is ideal for nature lovers and hikers, it is only a few miles away from Puerto de la Cruz, the most famous tourist town of the north and also from Icod de los Vinos, the hometown of the biggest Dragon tree in the world. The small house is attached to the owners house but has it’s own separate entrance. The large terrace offers breathtaking views and is equipped with nice garden furniture and sun loungers. Apartment 1.) The kitchen is modern, new and fully equipped with 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine and toaster, microwave, electr. juice press. There is also a dining room for 4 persons. The bedroom has 2 single beds, the bathroom a shower and WC. The small lounge has a SAT-TV and a sofa bed for a 3rd person. Apartment 2.) This apartment is joint (with doors) to the small one. It has a cosy kitchen with open fireplace, 2 bedrooms with single beds, a shower/WC and a small lounge with SAT-TV. The kitchen is equipped with: Fridge-/freezer, microwave, 4-hob ceramic plates etc. Below the house is a large vegetable garden where you can help yourself with fresh products. Provided are: Washing machine Bed linen and towels Electr. stove in winter Next restaurant, supermarket: approx. 5 min. by car.
