Casa La Fonda: 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 Casa La Gallania: 1 bedroom, sleeps up to 4 These 2 beautiful typical Cararian rural houses are located in "Icod de los Vinos", the home town of the oldest Dragon tree in the world (3000 years). The 2 cottages have been restored completely with love and know how and are situated on a plot of 4.000 qm, enclosed and surrounded by gardens with lovely sea views. To the beach "Playa San Marcos" it is only 3 km and to the town "Icod de los Vinos" it is just 1 km. Casa La Fonda has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge as well as SAT-TV and an open fire place. Casa La Gallania has 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the lounge, SAT-TV and an open fire place. Both kitchens are fully equipped with oven, 4-hob gas cooker, microwave, washing machine etc. Each house has it's own terrace and large gardens with lawns and BBQ. They are divided by a wall and are separate from each other. Wonderful walking trails and gentle slopes with vinyards are nearby and town and beach are easy to reach within a few minutes. The old town of "Icod de los Vinos" offers lots of Wine Bodegas to taste the beautiful white or red wines of the area. Another attraction is the "Cueva del Viento", the longest volcanic tube in the world, it is 20 km long and goes right up to Mount Teide. Guided tours through the inside are possible. Only 3 km from the Finca is the beach "Playa San Marcos". The little bay lies next to the fishing harbour and the temperatures are very warm all the year around. It has a large variety of typical Canarian Fish restaurants and a small promenade.
