This newly built villa (2005) is situated high over the Atlantic Ocean near St. Ursula and has stunning views to the highest mountain of Spain “El Teide”, the sea and Puerto de la Cruz. The own pool is heated. It is only a few minutes by car to “Puerto de la Cruz” the most famous touristic town of the north. The detached 2-storey house is perfectly and newly equipped. From the large terraces you have sea and mountain view. The area belongs to the sunniest of the north. There is under floor heating in the whole house. On the ground floor is a large living/dining room with SAT-TV and one bedroom with large double bed, as well as a bathroom with tub and sep. shower, WC and a washing machine. On the 1st floor is another cosy living room in the “tower” with balconies and a second SAT-TV, as well as the second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. The large kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, micro wave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc. Bed linen and towels are available.
