It is located in Puntillo del Sol in La Matanza, only a few minutes from Puerto de la Cruz. This is the sunniest area of the north. The villa offers stunning views to the Atlantic, the coast line and Mount Teide, and is surrounded by a garden with a private pool. The large lounge/diningroom (55 m2) is beautifully furnished and offers a TV, a piano, a stereo HiFi unit with classic CDs and an open fireplace. The large modern kitchen is perfectly equipped with: fridge-/freezer dishwasher toaster tea kettle coffeemachine ceramic hob and oven. A broad staircase leads downstairs to the bedrooms. The master bedroom (22 m2) has a bed of 2 m x 2 m and a a large bathroom with shower/WC next door. The 2nd bedroom (20 m2) has a bed 2 m x 1.80 m and an en-suite bathroom.
