The area is called “El Rincon” which is a paradise for nature lovers and those who seek tranquility. The house is approx. 100 m above sea level and offers stunning views along the coast line and over the Atlantic Ocean. The own pool (9 x 5 m)has a temperature of 24 deg. There is a large terrace and also a BBQ near the pool. The large, comfortable living room has a SAT-TV, stereo Hifi, DVD player and a nice dining area for 4 persons. In the bedroom is a double bed (180 x 200) and large wardrobes. The marble bathroom is equipped with tub/shower, WC/bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4-flame gas hob / oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are available as well as a washing machine.
