The villa is detached and situated on a 550 m2 garden with 3 terraces. The interior decoration is modern and of high standard. The elegant lounge is on 2 levels and very cosy, with large doors opening to the 3 sunny terraces. There is an open fireplace, a bar and a large dining room for 6 persons. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-/freezer, dish washer, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine etc. The master bedroom has a double bed with open elect. fire place and an on-suite bathroom with shower/WC. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. Between the 2 bedrooms is another shower/WC. For children between the age of 3 and 8 years, the house is not adapted. Washing machine/Tumbler/Bed linen and towels are provided. Movable electr. heater for the cooler “Canarian winters” is available. A baby bed is available on request.
