The Villa is located in one of the quietest and prestigious areas in the south of Tenerife between "Playa Paraiso" and "Playa de Las Americas" and as such offers the ideal prerequisites for the perfect holiday. Just 2 km away is a typical canarian fishing village "El Puertito" with it's harbour, still a little secret, as almost unknown by tourists. It offers a nice small sandy beach, rocky beaches and a restaurant where you get the freshest fish of the day. This is also a diver's paradise. With a private, heated pool (10 x 5 m) and just a short walk to the sea you can soak up sunshine and enjoy the all year round warm climate of the island. In addition, one has a fantastic view from the villa of the Atlantic and the island of La Gomera and, on clear days, also of La Palma and El Hierro. The villa has a total size of 500 m2 and the plot 1.000 m2. From the living room one has access to the landscaped tropical garden, the spacious terrace and seating area, barbecue and the 10 m long pool. On the ground floor the spacious living room welcomes you with leather sofas and for your home entertainment a flat screen SAT-TV (62 ") with international channels as well as a DVD-player for cosy family evenings.
