This luxury villa is a sea front property with own private pool and Jacuzzi and is located in the small and sunny village “La Caleta” directly by the sea, approx. 3 km from Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. There are dream views from the house to the neighbour island “La Gomera”. “La Caleta” is a typical canarian fishing village, still untouched by mass tourism, but only a few minutes away from the hustling and bustling tourist centers of the south. Many pretty local fish restaurants where you get fresh fish of the day offer ambience and flair. The very well kept private villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge. In the center of the house is a patio which represents the heart and meeting point. The large terraces around the house (approx. 180 m2) offer dream views along the coast line and La Gomera. The pool (can be heated) has a size of 6 x 4 m, the Jacuzzi is solar heated and from the terrace leads a private stair case to the seashore. The large lounge is tastefully decorated and has a SAT-TV with English BBC channels, DVD-player and a Hifi music center for CD’s. The master bedroom has a large double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower/WC. The second bedroom has also a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. The third bedroom has two single beds 90 x 1.80 m each. There is a second bathroom next to it with tub/shower/WC. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob with 3 gasflames-1 electrical plate/oven, toaster coffee machine, mixer, tee boiler etc. There is also a tap with filtered potable water in the kitchen. The house is enclosed all around and has a garage. Bed linen and towels are available. Change of bedlinen and towels 1 x per week. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are available. Baby bed available on request. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in walking distance. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces. BBQ available on pool terrace. No domestic animals allowed.
